Cafe Boulud

Palm Beach, FL 33480

Website
This shrine to fine dining has Palm Beach all a'twitter. Make reservations far in advance if you want to sup at a normal hour at celebrated contemporary French chef Daniel Boulud’s first outpost outside New York City, where chef Zach Bell mans the kitchens. Fare, which changes weekly, might include sure-fire signature items: short ribs slow-cooked in Rioja and black truffle-basted artichoke ravioli, an updated coq au vin, muscovy duck with barley risotto, or rack of lamb Provencale. For starters, a country terrine features chestnuts, foie gras and dandelion greens with french mustard, and a chocolate soufflé for dessert is accompanied by rich, pistachio ice cream. The menu changes seasonally, and daily specials keep things fresh.
